		<description>That&#039;s the usual approach described there, in the audio file. But, it may not work, because if there&#039;s a guy you&#039;re having trouble working with, it&#039;s a big possibility that he&#039;s not open to getting into a session with a psychologist.
Another possibility is.. if you&#039;re the one that&#039;s racing, means you&#039;re the one everyone&#039;s focused on, so you should be able to decide firing the guy and hiring someone else. This should be a backup solution. Good luck!</description>
