  1. That’s the usual approach described there, in the audio file. But, it may not work, because if there’s a guy you’re having trouble working with, it’s a big possibility that he’s not open to getting into a session with a psychologist.
    Another possibility is.. if you’re the one that’s racing, means you’re the one everyone’s focused on, so you should be able to decide firing the guy and hiring someone else. This should be a backup solution. Good luck!
